PURPOSE: A heat detecting device is provided, which arranges a plurality of super conduction device on two dimension and amplifies the detecting signal to embody a thermal picture. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a plurality of super conduction device (51) to be commonly adjacent to a first electrode (53); a plurality of a thermal preventing film (56) to be adjacent to a signal pressing semiconductor device and be corresponded to the super conduction device (51); and an input terminal to be adjacent to each thermal preventing film (56). Since the common electrode terminal is connected to the signal processing semiconductor device using a spare super conduction device, the size is decreased and the reliability to a manufacturing progress can to be improved,
