PURPOSE:To enable to control the hot water supply temperature throughout the year by a method wherein, when the temperature of water supplied from a heat absorbing part is higher than the predetermned temperature, the quantity of said supplying water is reduced and as well as the quantity of heat released from a heat source is controlled and at the same time the mixing quantity of cold water is also controlled. CONSTITUTION:An instantaneous gas hot water supplier 2 as a supplementary heat source is so constituted that a water temperature sensor 6, a water pressure responding switch 7 and a water flow rate change-over valve 8 are provided in a hot water supply pasage 5 and yet a mixing part 12, at which the water of a feed water passage 11 branched off from a feed water passage to the heat absorbing part 1 and equipped with a water flow rate controlling valve 14 therein is added, and a first hot water temperature sensor 10 are provided in a hot wate supply passage 9 as as well as a gas flow rate controller 15 controlled by means by an electronic controlling part 17 is arranged to a burner 16. When the temperature of the water supplied from the heat absorbing part is higher than the set temperature, the valve 8 is closed and the burner 16 is started to burn so as to bring the hot water temperature measured with the sensor 10 up to the predetermined value under the control of the controller 15 and finally the water flow from the feed water passage 11 is adjusted by controlling the valve 14 based upon the hot water temperature measured with a sensor 13 in order to control the temperature of the water drawn-off from a faucet 3 for hot water to the set value. |
