PURPOSE:To reproduce a static picture free from flikers by providing pickups corresponding to the number of recording frames per rotation to a video displayer with a format recording video signals corresponding to 2 frames per rotation. CONSTITUTION:The video pickups 2 and 3 are symmetrically arranged about the center of a disk 1 and their styluses 2a and 3a are arranged at about equal distance from the center of the disk 1 in the reversed directions each other. When the disk 1 rotates in the direction shown by the arrow, lead or delay corresponding to 1 frame is generated between detected video signals S1 and S2. These signals S1 and S2 are switched by an electronic switch 4 and inputted to a video processor 5 alternately and a static picture is displayed on a TV display device 6 by a video signal S3 outputted through the switching circuit 4. |
