PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating blow molding method for obtaining a complicated three-dimensional molded product excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a laminated blow molded product by extruding a parison to the area between split molds and interposing a thermoplastic resin sheet between the parison and the split molds and closing the split molds to perform blowing, blow molding is performed by a process wherein the thermoplastic resin sheet is arranged under specific tension and, after the parison is ejected to the area between the split molds, the molds are closed while the parison is expanded by pre-blowing and, at a point of time when the parison and the thermoplastic resin sheet are brought to a contact state, the molds are closed at a low speed of 100 mm/sec or less or the closing of the molds is once stopped to heat the thermoplastic resin sheet to temp. sufficiently following the shaping of the parison or higher by the heat exchange with the parison and, after the molds are perfectly closed, blowing is performed and the molds are opened after cooling to take out the blow molded product. |
