PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element for an image forming apparatus having slidability, durability, and high heat conductivity. SOLUTION: The heating element 30 includes: a resistance body 32 formed on an insulation substrate 31 and generating heat by the supply of power; and an insulation layer 33 protecting the resistance body 32.
