摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make asynchronous image data to synchronize with each other with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st and a 2nd FIFO memories having an 8-bit structure, a data replacing part including a selector 22, a 1st and a 2nd write timing control parts 26 and 27, and a read timing control part 28. The data replacing part replaces the least significant bit data of picture data A by area data C. The 1st write timing control part 26 outputs a 1st write control signal, for writing the replaced image data at the data replacing part to the 1st FIFO memory 20. The 2nd write timing control part 27 outputs a 2nd write control signal to write image data B to the 2nd FIFO memory 21. The read timing control part 28 outputs read control signal, to synchronize the data stored in the 1st and the 2nd FIFO memories 20 and 21 with each other and to read them.
