PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly detect a transmitted train control signal by synchronizing spectrum spreading modulation of a train control signal transmitted from a wayside coil without requiring a synchronization capturing means and a synchronization retaining means on a pickup coil and spectrum spreading modulation on the pickup coil. SOLUTION: A PN symbol row is generated by a synchronization signal corresponding to frequency of an A.C. power source by an ATC wayside coil and a pickup coil 3 mounted on the train 2 and phases of the PN symbol row spectrum-spreading-modulated by the ATC wayside coil 1 and the PN symbol row spectrum-spreading-modulated by the pickup coil 3 are certainly made coincident with each other by a simple constitution. The ATC signal transmitted from the ATC wayside coil 1 is certainly detected by the pickup coil 3 and a time required for synchronization capturing is shortened to enhance transmission efficiency.
