PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical manufacturing method of Fe-6.5 Si magnetic parts having a superior magnetic characteristics, etc. SOLUTION: After Fe powder and Fe-Si powder having particle sizes of about 100μm to about 500μm are manufactured by the gas or water atomizing method, mixed powder is obtained by mixing the two kinds of powder with each other at a required mixing ratio. Then a blank material having a requires shape is molded by filling up a container, having the required shape with the mixed powder and performing hot isostatic pressing on the powder after sealing the container. Then each particle of the powder is planarized by compressing the blank material having an Fe+Fe-Si composition at a required rate by rolling or forging. Thereafter, a molded product having a final part shape is obtained by subjecting it to machining, such as cutting, punching, etc., on the blank material. Finally, Fe-6.5 Si magnetic parts are manufactured by having the Si component diffuse in the molded product, by annealing the product at a temperature higher than or equal to 850 deg.C in a vacuum or 9 hydrogen gas atmosphere.
