PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head suspension in which both impact resistance and a vibration property can be improved. SOLUTION: The magnetic head suspension includes: a balance mass body supported by a supporting part through a pair of second elastic plates at a tip side more than a gravity position so that the tip part is overlapped with a load beam part in a plane view; and one or a plurality of convex parts which are provided at one side of the balance mass body or the load beam part and arranged symmetrically right and left basing a central longitudinal line as a reference. The convex part presses the tip side of the balance mass body in the direction of separation from the disk surface so that a pair of second elastic plates is deformed elastically within a possible range of elastic deformation by engaging with the other side of the balance mass body or the load beam part in an operation state in which the magnetic disk is floated from the disk surface by the prescribed distance by press load generated by air pressure accompanied by rotation of the disk surface and the load bent part.
