PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gel compositions in which unpleasant tastes, such as astringent taste, bitter taste, and a feeling of heat are suppressed as much as possible and which have excellent ingestibility, while having excellent adhesiveness to the mucosa of an organ with a short transit time, such as oral cavity or esophagus.SOLUTION: A gel composition is obtained by compounding (D) a neutralization thickener into a liquid composition containing (A) sucralfate, (B) organic acid, and (C) water, wherein the formulation mass ratio represented by (A)/(C) is 0.8-6, and the content of the component (B) is 7.5-40 mass%; and adjusting the pH to 5.0-8.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
