METHOD FOR ORAL IMMUNIZATION USING VEGETABLE PRODUCT CONTAINING NON-ENTERAL PATHOGENIC ANTIGEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining immune response to a non-enteral pathogenic antigen(NEPA) such as hepatitis B surface antigen by making an animal orally ingest the non-enteal pathogenic antigen in a vegetable material. SOLUTION: An animal is made to have immune receptor against NEPA by former primary immunization. The animal having immune receptor is made to take the vegetable material containing the NEPA to raise the immune response to the NEPA.
