PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to control and manage an organization of an information provider efficiently and easily. SOLUTION: The area information sent from an information provider terminal is received by an area information server and the information provider is identified and stored together with the area information (S120). The area information server provides the stored area information in the form of a web page responding to the access from a users terminal (S140), counts and stores the number of access (S150). The area information server gives information supply points in accordance with the content of the area information and gives bonus points in proportion to the number of access. Total point that is a total of both points is calculated (S160) and the information provider is ranked in accordance with total point (S170) and total points and the rank is delivered to the information provider terminal (S180). Accordingly each information provider can be notified objectively its real ability in the organization and can be motivated for information providing.
