PURPOSE: Provided is a thermal mat including natural jade or elvan for applying acupressure and fomentation effects to foot, which can relieve ones fatigue by promoting blood circulation in the foot. CONSTITUTION: The mat comprises a container(1) of which top part is opened, a heatproof plate(2) composed of thin moisture-proof paper(22) and aluminum tape(23) attached to a top of a heat insulating material(21), hot wires(24) from a thermostat(26) and wired on the aluminum tape at regular intervals, a temperature sensor(27) fastened to the top of the aluminum tape, and a metal plate(25) set on the top and put into the container and fixed, and an acupressure ore such as natural jade or elvan put on the heatproof plate.
