FIELD: foundry, particularly, devising of compositions of high-temperature steels. SUBSTANCE: offered high-temperature steel contains, wt.%: carbon 0.2-0.45; silicon up to 1.5; manganese 2-4; chromium 23-26; nickel 9-11; copper 0.7-1.0; niobium 0.6-1.1; the balance, iron. Content of sulfur and phosphorus does not exceed 0.03 wt.%, each. EFFECT: increased strength of steel suitable for operation at high temperatures and under conditions of simultaneous effect of cyclic heat variation and considerable contact load. 2 tbl
