PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve better matching without causing a local abnormal deformation on a local section such as the eyes or the mouth. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model ML is generated by deforming a three-dimensional standard model DS based on the measured data on an object by this method. A plurality of partial areas BRY are extracted from the measured data, a data reducing factor or a performance function evaluating the deformation degree of the standard model is changed for each partial area BRY, and the standard model DS is deformed to form the three-dimensional model ML by using the partial areas BRY.
