PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated coil that ahs a simplified process, thins down an insulating layer, and makes entire thickness small when the laminated coil is manufactured, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminated coil. SOLUTION: In the laminated coil and its manufacturing method, pluralities of sheet-like conductors are laminated, and the adjacent sheet-like conductor are mutually insulated with a self-aggregate single molecule film. |
