PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a large storage space of luggage within a trunk by holding a flap in the hanging posture hanging downwardly and enhance usability, in a vehicular tonneau cover device covering the trunk provided in rear of a rear seat so as to enable opening/closing of the trunk. SOLUTION: Lock members 50 provided at both right and left end sides of a joint part of a cover sheet 30 to the flap 40 integrated with the drawing end side of the cover sheet 30 have a structure divided into two front and rear portions comprising sheet side lock parts 51 fixed to both sides of the cover sheet 30 and flap side lock parts 52 fixed to both sides of the flap 40, and the both lock parts 51, 52 can be hung freely via hinge parts 53. By rotating the flap side lock parts 52 on the basis of the hinge parts 53 with respect to the sheet side lock parts 51, the flap 40 is operated and hung downwardly, and the hanging posture of the flap 40 is held by hooking holders 56 of the flap side lock parts 52 on hooks 24 provided on both end lower faces of a tonneau cover case 20, so as to secure the large space of the trunk 3.
