SKEW ADJUSTMENT CITCUIT AND METHOD THEREOF

A skew control circuit and a method thereof are provided to output an output clock signal and an output start pulse signal delayed according to a set value of a skew control signal by inputting an input clock signal and an input start pulse signal. A delay circuit(310) generates an output clock signal after delaying an input clock signal as a set skew value in response to a skew control signal. A selecting circuit(320) compares the skew control signal with an offset control signal, selects one among an input start pulse signal and the delayed start pulse signal, and outputs the selected one as a start pulse signal. An output circuit(330) outputs the start pulse signal as an output start pulse signal in response to an output clock signal. A comparator compares the offset control signal with the skew control signal, and generates a selecting signal. A D-flip flop generates a start pulse signal delayed by inputting the input start pulse signal in response to the input clock signal. A mux part selects the input start pulse signal or the delayed start pulse signal in response to the selecting signal, and outputs the start pulse signal.
