<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of realizing the dynamic operating inspection of respective monochromatic colors corresponding to colors of a color filter while reducing the number of terminal probes, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Output terminals (leaders) of a drain driver are divided into six systems consisting of positive and negative red electrodes, positive and negative green electrodes and positive and negative blue electrodes (R1, R2, G1, G2, B1, B2) with respect to three colors red, green and blue. Respective systems are collected and connected to a common line of drain lines. The common line of the drain lines is withdrawn to the outside of a region with the mounted drain driver. The inspection is carried out by applying the probe to a terminal for inspection provided on the common line of the drain lines. Also with respect to the gate driver side, output terminals (leaders) of the gate driver are divided into three systems consisting of initial, subsequent and final stages (GA, GB, GC). Respective systems are collected and connected to a common line of gate lines. The common line of the gate lines is withdrawn to the outside of a region with the mounted gate driver. The inspection is carried out by applying the probe to a terminal for inspection provided on the common line of the gate lines.</p> |
