PURPOSE: An Internet telephone service method according to an Internet advertisement and a system thereof are provided to write the advertisement scenario according to an advertisement reaction of an Internet telephone subscriber to adaptively provide the written advertisement scenario to a corresponding subscriber and offer a corresponding service according to an Internet telephone use request of the subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A user PC(100) includes a web client module(110) and a phone wear module(120) which is a dedicated web browser provided from an advertisement operating unit(200), displays an advertisement message provided from the advertisement operating unit(200), and requests an Internet telephone service to the advertisement operating unit(200) to receive a corresponding service. The advertisement operating unit(200) includes a web server(210), an advertisement server(220), a telephone use detailed item storing unit(230), a call operating server(240), and an Internet phone gateway(IPG)(250), receives advertisement information to store received advertisement information, registers subscriber information of the user PC(100), and downloads a dedicated web browser for advertisement and Internet telephone to the user PC(100). The advertisement operating unit(200) extracts stored advertisement information based on registered subscriber information, writes an advertisement scenario to provide the written advertisement scenario to the user PC(100), and provides a corresponding Internet telephone service in case that the Internet telephone service is requested from the user PC(100).
