PURPOSE:To produce the production control information via another document producer connected to the document information on the fixed specifications based on this information by connecting mutually plural document producers and a central storage for production of an information network where the fixed specifications or the production control information can be freely taken out of either one of those document producing devices. CONSTITUTION:The document producing devices 20, 24, 26, and 28 and a central storage device 22 form a network via an imformation transmission means. The fixed specifications 21 are first produced by a 1st document producing device 20 of a business department. Then the document information on the fixed specifications 2 produced in the business department is stored in the stor age 22, and the necessary document information is taken out of the storage 22 and edited. Thus it is possible to produce a document containing the produc tion control information necessary for production control via another document producing device or the same document producing device which are connected to the storage 22 in a production control department, etc. |
