PURPOSE: A personal medical record passbook kept/managed by a patient and a printing system thereof are provided to enable the patient to print/keep/confirm diseases history or medical treatment reservation in preparation for introduction of a private doctor system. CONSTITUTION: The passbook includes a magnetic tape recording identification data. Personal information of the patient is recorded to the magnetic tape and data for the medical treatment dates, a hospital name, a doctor name, and the medical treatment reservation is printed to the passbook. A server(10) stores the medical record of the patient to a database and transfers a search result through the network(12). A passbook issuer(14) is connected to the server through the network and records the identification data of the patient to the magnetic tape of a new passbook. A passbook printer(16) is connected to the server through network, and includes a passbook reader, a transmitter, and a printer receiving/printing the search result of the server. |
