PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit shear fracture of a film substrate.SOLUTION: Included are a film substrate 130 having a first principal surface 131 and a second principal surface 132, display pixels formed on the film substrate 130, an FPC substrate 113 or a driver IC 120 disposed on the first principal surface 131, a protective resin 160 formed on the first principal surface 131 in order to coat part of the FPC substrate 113 or the perimeter of the driver IC 120, a fixation substrate 140 disposed to be opposed to the second principal surface 132, and an adhesive layer 150 that is sandwiched between the second principle surface 132 and the fixation substrate 140, and bonds the film substrate 130 and the fixation substrate 140. In a predetermined area including the perimeter of the protective resin 160 and seen on a planar basis, the thickness t [m] of the film substrate 130, the shear strength X [N/m] of the film substrate 130, and the peeling strength Y [N/m] that is the strength exerted in peeling the film substrate 130 from the fixation substrate 140 have a relationship of t×X>Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
