PURPOSE: A process of preparing a conductive textile fabric is provided, which has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, insect repellency and antibacterial action by continuously plating copper and gold to a base fiber. Whereby, the fabric does not cause any skin allergy. CONSTITUTION: The conductive textile fabric is produced in a series of steps comprising (1) adding 80 to 90g/L caustic soda to a base fiber weaved with polyester fabric material as a polycondensate of terephthalic acid and isopropyl alcohol and then removing a part of the terephthalic acid, (2) neutralizing with hydrochloric acid and then substituting the position of the removed terephthalic acid with a complex of PdCl2, SnCl2 and HCl, (3) metallizing the palladium with sulfuric acid at 40 to 60deg.C in an ionic state, (4) forming a copper-plated layer by impregnating with cuprous chloride, formalin, citrate, EDTA and caustic soda, and (5) forming a gold-plated layer by adding potassium gold cyanide, EDTA, citrate and ammonia water.
