PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing, bactericidal, sterilizing and fungicidal device which can be partially decomposed, easily cleaned and maintained, and is more easier to be carried out to any place to be sprayed than any other conventional ones to be directly connected to city water. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an electrolytic tank 1 which generates a bactericidal solution by electrolysis for decomposing or eliminating the source of smell, bacteria and molds, a storage tank 2 for storing the bactericidal solution to be produced in the electrolytic tank 1 and a means of spraying the bactericidal solution 3 to be supplied from the storage of the bactericidal solution 2. The device body 4 has the storage of the bactericidal solution 2 and a spraying means 3. An electrolytic tank 1A equipped with the electrolytic tank 1 can freely be attached to or detached from the device body 4.
