HIGH-FREQUENCY SURFACE-MOUNTED ACOUSTIC SURFACE TRANSVERSE WAVE RESONANCE FILTER HAVING HIGH OUT-OF-BAND REJECTION

A high-frequency surface-mounted acoustic surface transverse wave resonance filter having high out-of-band rejection. The resonance filter comprises a chip (1) encapsulated in a shell. Two resonance filters, namely, a first-level resonance filter and a second-level resonance filter, are disposed on the chip (1). The two resonance filters share one piezoelectric quartz substrate (10). A signal output lead electrode of an output transducer of the first-level resonance filter is connected to a signal input lead electrode of an input transducer of the second-level resonance filter. By means of the resonance filter, the out-of-band rejection performance is improved, and the high out-of-band rejection requirements during high-frequency operation are satisfied.
