PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite device constituted so that optimum consumed current amount can be set even in the case of using the device as an image forming device single body or even in the case of using it as a composite device. SOLUTION: This composite device is equipped with an image forming device 102 forming an image on a sheet, an original reader 101 reading an original and a switch 104 detecting that the reader 101 is connected to the device 102. The device 102 is equipped with a means for restraining the current amount to a specified unit included in the device 102 according to the detected result by the switch 104. |
