PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary zone electrophoresis device capable of improving the reproducibility of migration time and gualitative and guantitative accuracy by improving the notation of an electroferrogram obtained by the device. SOLUTION: This electrophoresis device includes a capillary 10 communicating two buffer solution in two electrode cells; a voltage supply means 4 for causing a potential difference between the buffer solution in two electrode cells, a detecting means 12 for detecting sample separated in the capillary 10, a current detecting means 14 for detecting a current flowing in the buffer solution, and a computation means 20 for integrating the output of the current detecting means 14 by time to be converted into a charge amount and making a electroferrogram with the output of the detecting means 12 as a function of the charge amount. |
