PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin-shaft continuous mixer which has such structure that rotations of two mixing shafts can be changed and in which self cleaning between mixing members can be performed. SOLUTION: In a mixing tank 2 provided with feeding port 15 and a discharging port on one end side and on the other end side respectively, two rotating parallel mixing shafts 3, 3' are arranged. On the mixing shafts 3, 3', almost bar-shaped mixing members 10 are erected, arranged in spirals at prescribed spaced intervals in the axial direction while slid around the shaft at every prescribed angles. And the mixing members 10 arranged on both the mixing shafts 3, 3' are arranged so that they slip through the mixing members 10, arranged on the mixing shafts 3, 3' on the other side and are rotated.
