<p>PURPOSE:To provide the method and apparatus, with which a high strength and highly accurate fiber reinforced resin pipe joint having a branch pipe can be manufactured with favorable productivity and at low cost. CONSTITUTION:By rotating a T-shaped mandrel l about its branch pipe forming part 12, thermosetting resin impregnated reinforcing fiber is wound round the branch pipe forming part 12 and the intersecting part between the branch pipe forming part 12 and a main pipe forming part 11. Next, a setting is changed from the rotation about the branch pipe forming part to the rotation about the main pipe forming part in the device concerned. Next, thermosetting resin impregnated reinforcing fiber is wound round the main pipe forming part 11 through the rotation of the main pipe forming part 11 about itself. Finally, after the resin is hardened, the resultant pipe joint is demolded.</p> |
