<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type infrared gas detector capable of being constituted as a sufficiently miniaturized one and capable of detecting a required gas with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection type infrared gas detector is equipped with a sensor unit constituted as one structure composed of a flat circuit board, the on-and-off type infrared light source supported by one side of the circuit board, the infrared sensor supported by one side of the circuit board at the position parallel to the infrared light source and a reflector for reflecting the infrared rays emitted from the infrared light source supported by one side of the circuit board to allow it to enter the infrared sensor. The sensor unit is provided in a state that the infrared light source and the reflector are positioned within a gas introducing space. The reflector is arranged at the position just above the infrared sensor to reflect the infrared rays emitted from the infrared light source to allow it to enter the infrared sensor from a vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
