PURPOSE: A clutch assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve the clutch capacity by enlarging the contact area of a clutch disk and a clutch pad. CONSTITUTION: A clutch assembly includes a clutch cover(1) combined to the outer face of a flywheel(F) via a bolt(2) and forming a specific curve(3) with its outer face and a clutch disk(4) received in the clutch cover and covering the outer face of the power transmitting surface of the flywheel. A clutch pad(5) is installed in the clutch disk to enlarge the power transmitting area. According to the enlarged contact area of the clutch disk and the flywheel, the torque transmission capacity of a clutch is increased.
