DOG ADHESION MOLECULE OCCLUDIN

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the whole structure of a mammalian homologue of occludin that is a protein constituting a tight junction(TJ). SOLUTION: PCR is carried out based on a sequence observed around a nerve apoptosis-inhibiting protein gene to analyze a dog occludin gene. An antibody is further prepared to confirm that it is a protein constituting TJ by the immunological fluorescence cell dying.
