PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the generation of induced thrust force and reduce processing costs and material costs. SOLUTION: The angle of inclination (α) of a first trunnion 26a with respect to a surface (S) orthogonal to the axis of a second spindle 14 is set so that the angle of inclination (α) is different from both the angle of inclination (β) of a second trunnion 26b and the angle of inclination (γ) of a third trunnion 26c. Then the angle of inclination (β) of the second trunnion 26b and the angle of inclination (γ) of the third trunnion 26c are set so that they become equal to each other (α≠β,α≠γ,β=γ).
