PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part picker, and a head assembly for a handler having it. SOLUTION: The electronic part picker 100 includes: a picker base 110; a base block 120 fixed to the picker base 110; a plurality of nozzle assemblies 130 at least elevatably coupled to the base block 120 and each having a nozzle 132 sucking and releasing the electronic parts; a part sucking/releasing mechanism 140 supplying a positive pressure and a negative pressure to respective nozzle paths; and a nozzle elevation mechanism 150 arranged to elevate and drive the nozzle assemblies 130.
