PURPOSE:To efficiency produce a high-quality product by supplying a pressure medium to both housings while the molten sheet of thermoplastic plastics is continuously supplied from both heating rolls side to both cooling rolls side and pressing both belts so as to make them approach. CONSTITUTION:A pair of heating rolls 2, 2' and a pair of cooling rolls 3, 3' are arranged side by side. A pair of endless stainless belts 4, 4' wherein mirror finishing has been performed respectively on the external surfaces are laid thereon. A pair of housings 5, 5' are oppositely provided in the inside of the gap retaining part of both stainless belts 4, 4'. Pressure chambers 6, 6' and seal parts 7, 7' are provided thereto. By the way, the molten sheet 1 of thermoplastic plastics is continuously supplied from both heating rolls 2, 2' side and thereafter is continuously wound from both cooling rolls 3, 3' side. At this time, a pressure medium is supplied to both housings 5, 5' and both belts 4, 4' are pressed so as to make them approach. |
