FIELD: reconnaissance with optical means. SUBSTANCE: method is realized by attachment of videocamera to rotary locking strip of rocket flying along flat trajectory and by camera scanning within limits of 360 deg: from horizon along sides to surface of the Earth thanks to rotation of locking strip with the aid of foldable blades of propeller of this locking strip.
