PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can be prevented from malfunctioning due to electromagnetic noise radiated from electronic parts. SOLUTION: On an image processing IC 158 and a central processing unit 159 mounted on a display controller 114, a silicone rubber sheet 157 is piled up and a heat sink 156 is piled up thereon. The heat sink 156 is fixed to a sheet metal 153 for fixation with conductive screws 161, and the grounding implement 154 of the sheet metal 153 for fixation is fixed to the grounding surface of the display controller 114 with conductive screws 162. An air cooling fan 152 is fixed to the sheet metal 153 for fixation with conductive screws 160. The air cooling fan 152, the sheet metal 153 for fixation and the heat sink 156 are electrically connected with the grounding surface of the display controller 114. Thus, since the air cooling fan 152, the sheet metal 153 for fixation and the heat sink 156 intercept the electromagnetic noise, the electromagnetic noise radiated from the display controller 114 is intercepted.
