A fluid dispensing device with an exchangeable fluid container, the fluid dispenser comprising an upwardly extending receiver tube (13) for penetration into and engagement of a valve means in a first fluid container. An adapter (10) in the shape of a tube is provided so as to receive said receiver tube (13). The adapter (10) has an axial extension which exceeds the length of the receiver tube (13) and enables penetration into a neckless, second fluid container (15), and the adapter (10) is provided with at least one opening (12) in the tube wall so as to let fluid through from said second fluid container (15) to the receiver tube (13). |
