<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system apparatus which can efficiently and accurately complete the checking out each customer, according to customer information inputted at a terminal device. SOLUTION: In checkout processing, information (seat number, customer's order and its amount, total amount of orders, and store entry time) on the customer inputted from a handy terminal is readout of a personal data memory (S12), and the read-out store entry time of the customer is subtracted from the current time confirmed by an RTC to calculate how long the customer stayed in the store time spent staying in store) (S15). When the calculated store staying time exceeds a prescribed time stored in a checkout data memory (S16: 'No'), the extra charge of the customer is calculated (S18) by using extra charge for every 5 minutes stored in the checkout data memory.</p> |
