PURPOSE: A streaming data reproduction method, an apparatus thereof and a recording media recording a program for evaluating a streaming service are provided to display information about a frame generated by the streaming service. CONSTITUTION: A conversion unit(211) decodes received streaming data. A playback application unit(213) reproduces the decoded streaming data. The regeneration application unit produces the regeneration frame rate toward the regeneration of streaming data. A display unit(215) indicates the regeneration frame rate calculating in the display space.
