<p>PURPOSE:To improve durability of the whole of a device through sharing of a load generated by a clutch with main and auxiliary transmissions by a method wherein during a start, when the load of one clutch is increased, inclination of the gradual increase of the oil pressure of the clutch is increased. CONSTITUTION:During control of a start, completion of filling is confirmed by a controller 10 from the output of the filling detecting sensor 303 of a valve 34 connected to a main shift clutch 2nd and the gradual increase of an oil pressure on the valve 34 of the main shift clutch 2nd is started. In this case, during the gradual increase of the oil pressure of the main shift clutch 2nd, the calculating heating value Q of the main shift clutch is compared with a given threshold QC and when the heating value Q exceeds the threshold QC, at this point of time, the gradual increase factor dp/dt of the main shift clutch 2nd is increased to a value higher than a gradual increase factor followed thereby by the controller 10. On and after the gradual increase factor, the oil pressure of the main shift clutch is controlled with a gradually increased gradual increase factor. Thereafter, when engagement of the main shift clutch 2nd is completed, the oil pressure is held at a given oil pressure value.</p> |
