PURPOSE:To provide a document processing device whereby an omitted item is quickly and easily recognized at the time of automatically editing a letter sentence when the item required for constituting the letter sentence is omitted and also to provide the document processing device whereby grasped omitted item is easily corrected and supplemented, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a letter editing processing mode is selected and executed at the time of completing the generation of editing letter document (S2), it is judged whether or not a required item exists in a text editing memory(S5). Unless the required item exists(S5:YES), an error flag is set(S6) and it is repeated untill the last item(S7). Then, at the time of error flagnot equal to 0(S8:NO), an error message with the clearly indicated omitted item is displayed in a display(S10). At this time, display urging the input of the omitted item can be executed. |
