The present invention provides a multi-pipe for a heat exchanger of a refrigerator. The multi-pipe for a heat exchanger of a refrigerator comprises: an outer pipe unit disposed in a heat exchanging unit for a refrigerator and having a first flow passage; one or more inner pipe units installed to penetrate the inside of the outer pipe unit and formed to have a coil shape to have a second flow passage; and a pair of connection units formed at both ends of the outer pipe unit and connected to the first flow passage and the second flow passage.
