<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant material crushing/treatment system with which unnecessary plant material are reacted with an enzyme at a high reaction rate, are resolved into soil at a high rate and also can be granulated. SOLUTION: The crushed plant material at a prescribed temperature range by heating the crushed plant material stored in a container 12 with a heater is stirred, and at the same time, heavy lumps A, B which have large mass are transported upward by the rotation of a screw 8 to fall down repeatingly on a crushed plant material to make the formed crushed plant materials C into liquid powder. The liquid powder is transported to a vacuum dryer and vacuum dried by evacuating with a vacuum pump 42, and when proper water content is obtained, granulated by being extruded from a plurality of holes 46 of the front surface 45 of an extruder 43. In such a way, the unnecessary plant materials are crushed and vacuum dried to have a proper water content and granulated to remarkably facilitate the post treatment and the preservation.</p> |
