PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correlation function measuring method and instrument which can calibrate correlation vectors with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This device has first signal processing means 18a to 22a which determine the first spectrum by processing a first measurement signal, second signal processing means 18b to 22b which determine the second spectrum by processing a second observation signal, a calibration value computing means 26 which inputs a calibration signal to the first signal processing means and the second signal processing means and determines the calibration value meeting respective frequencies from the spectrum determined by the first signal processing means and the spectrum determined by the second signal processing means and a correlation function computing means 30 which determines the correlation function of the first spectrum and the second spectrum while using the calibration value determined by the calibration value computing means. |
