<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid metering and applying plug of easy handling operation, less structural limitation, and excellent convenience which can meter the liquid only by inverting a vessel body and returning it upright, separate the metered liquid from the liquid in the vessel body only by turning a movable part from the metering state, and completely apply only the metered liquid. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid metering and applying plug comprises a metering chamber A which communicates with the vessel body 2 via a liquid introducing hole 4 and has a metering recessed part B inside thereof, and a bar plug 6 which can perform liquid-tight fitting by protruding an upper end thereof to a nozzle cylinder 5 at an upper end of the metering chamber A and perform the communication by pressing a protruded part in an upwardly urged condition, and globally comprises a fixed part D which is fitted and fixed to a neck part 3 while preventing any turn thereof and a movable part E which is turnably fitted to the fixed part.
