<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety belt as a child care implement capable of properly restraining a child. <P>SOLUTION: One of shoulder belt holes 2a vertically arranged to pass a shoulder belt 6 therethrough is properly selected corresponding to the body size of a child.
