PURPOSE:To shorten cooking time in a cookery part and a time for arranging orders by displaying only necessary information out of the information of a menu, etc., ordered by a customer on CRT displays for order arrangement and cookery in correspondence to a purpose. CONSTITUTION:The order of the customer is inputted from an electronic cash register 1. The inputted information are displayed on a CRT display 4 for order arrangement and simultaneously transmitted to a CRT display controller 3 for cookery. The CRT display controller 3 for cookery decides whether it is necessary to display the received information on a CRT display 5 for cookery or not and displays the necessary information on the CRT display 5 for cookery. On the other hand, a cookery staff observes the CRT display 5 for cookery and deletes the information of the menu, which is already finished being cooked, by a deleting device. Thus, it is not necessary for the cookery staff to control the order and they can give undivided attention to cooking. Then, a table staff can arrange the orders by observing the CRT display, which displays order data, without carrying an order slip. |
