A microwave heating device capable of highly accurately and evenly heating the entire portion of a wide heating chamber. A control section (60) divides the inside of the heating chamber (34) into blocks, determines a low-temperature block based on temperature detection information from an infrared sensor (59), and, in order to concentrate heating at the determined block, controls motors (40, 41) to set a portion of either of two rotary antennas (38, 39), which portion has high radiation directivity, to a predetermined direction. This enables a microwave to be highly intensively applied to the low-temperature block, facilitating concentrated heating of a low-temperature portion of an object to be heated.Accordingly, the entire heating chamber can be highly accurately and evenly heated.
